The information available on this website about Outstanding Achievements (herein referred to as 'Outstanding Achievements' has been put together with the utmost care. However, we are unable to guarantee the completeness and correctness of the information. Outstanding Achievements does not assume any liability for any mistakes in the content of this website. These terms of use apply to and govern your use of this site, including all services provided. Your use of this site signifies your agreement to be bound by these terms of use. LICENSE TO USE THIS SITE
Outstanding Achievements grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited right to access, use and display this site and the materials thereon for your personal use only, provided that you comply fully with these terms of use. You may print and download portions of material from the different areas of the site solely for your own non-commercial use. No compensation will be paid with respect to the use of your submission, as provided herein. Outstanding Achievements is under no obligation to post or use any submission you may provide and Outstanding Achievements may remove any submission at any time in its sole discretion.

'SEND TO A FRIEND' SERVICE
Users can choose to electronically forward a variety of articles, abstracts, research papers and course details to someone else. Users must provide their full name and e-mail address as well as that of the recipient. The information is used only in the case of transmission errors and to let the recipient know who sent the e-mail. The information is not used for any other purpose.

DISCLAIMER
You understand that Outstanding Achievements cannot and does not guarantee or warrant that files available for downloading through the site will be free of infection or viruses, worms, Trojan horses or other code that manifest contaminating or destructive properties. Outstanding Achievements may also, in its sole discretion and at any time, discontinue any forum or limit or restrict any users access thereto, for any reason. Should Outstanding Achievements take any of these actions, it may, in its sole discretion, immediately deactivate and/or delete any or all information about and concerning your account, including your Registration Information and submitted content.
